Can I bring my team and keep our team name?
Yes. Team leaders use the Team plan, set their own internal splits, and may use a team name that follows California’s team-name advertising rules alongside the Pyramont name.
What happens to my pending transactions and clients if I move?
Pending escrows generally close at your current brokerage under its agreement; new business comes with you. We walk through your current contract with you before you move, and you can usually transfer your license and MLS access within about a week.
How do company leads work?
Growth and Team agents are eligible. AI-qualified website leads are split 60/40 (agent/brokerage); appointments the company has set and that you attend are 50/50. Leads are routed by written rules that reward fast response. Lead volume is not guaranteed.
Do my members need to come at the same time?
No. Members can move together or in stages; each signs their own independent contractor agreement with Pyramont.
