How can Pyramont offer a listing commission below 1%?
We run a lean, technology-assisted brokerage and tailor the service scope to each property. For eligible homes this allows listing-side fees below 1% while keeping experienced, personal representation. Your exact fee is set out in a written proposal.
Is the buyer’s agent commission included?
No. The advertised fee is listing-side only. Whether to offer buyer-broker compensation or concessions is a separate, negotiable decision we will discuss strategically with you.
Are photography and staging included?
Optional third-party services such as professional photography, staging, video and paid advertising are quoted separately and ordered only with your approval.
Is there any obligation if I request a valuation?
No. A pricing analysis and consultation are free and carry no obligation to list with Pyramont.
